Three ways to pay, whichever suits you or your procurement process.
M-Pesa Paybill
On your handset choose Lipa na M-Pesa, then Pay Bill. Business number 522533. Account number 8055238. That account number is fixed and cannot carry your order reference, so paste the M-Pesa confirmation code into the box on your order page afterwards and we will match it up.
Bank transfer / EFT
Best for companies buying against an LPO. KCB Bank Kenya, account 1348398450, held in the name Native Ground Crew. Quote your order reference and we release stock once payment reflects. A pro-forma invoice is available before purchase.
For procurement teams
We can supply a pro-forma invoice before purchase, quote against a bill of materials, and arrange staged delivery across a project. Established accounts can apply for terms. Request a quote to get started.
Why the account name differs from the shop name
Deposits are collected through Native Ground Crew, the registered account holder for Asetos Computers (BN-ZMCXLVJJ). If your banking app shows that name when you confirm a payment, you are in the right place. Anything else, stop and check with us before sending money.
Prices, currency and tax
- All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- The price shown is the price you pay. No VAT is added at checkout.
- Orders shipped outside Kenya exclude import duty, destination VAT and customs clearance, which are payable by the recipient.
M-Pesa transactions are handled by Safaricom and bank transfers by your own bank; we keep only the transaction reference and the amount, which is what we need to match a payment to your order.
