Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect
- Order details, your name, company, email, phone number and delivery address.
- Payment data, we never store card numbers. Card payments are processed by Stripe; M-Pesa transactions are processed by Safaricom. We retain only the transaction reference and amount.
- Enquiries, whatever you send us through the contact or quote forms.
- Technical data, a session cookie that remembers your cart. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, to answer your enquiry, to honour warranty claims, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our courier, for delivery; Safaricom or Stripe, for payment; and our accountants and the Kenya Revenue Authority where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to meet statutory accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to sales@asetos.co.ke and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Order records are stored on a server that is not publicly readable, and payment credentials are held outside the website code.
