Every order is picked in our Johannesburg warehouse, flown overnight by DHL, and delivered to your door by local courier.

Stock is consolidated at our group headquarters in Rosebank, Johannesburg, rather than split across small local stores. That is what lets us hold 130+ module types and ship any of them to Kenya on the next flight; the trade-off is that nothing can arrive the same day. Orders placed before 2pm South African time make that night's uplift.
How an order reaches you
You order and pay
M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. We confirm by email as soon as payment clears.
We check and pack in Johannesburg
Refurbished modules are powered up and link-tested in matching hardware before they are packed. New modules stay factory sealed and go straight into the shipment.
DHL flies it overnight
Orders placed before 2pm SA time board the overnight uplift. We handle the customs paperwork; the price you paid already covers it.
Local courier delivers
Once cleared, a local courier brings it to your door and you get the tracking reference by email. Nairobi 2 to 3 business days from order, elsewhere 3 to 5.
Delivery beyond Kenya
We deliver across Africa on request. Because rates and customs vary widely by country, cross-border delivery is quoted per order rather than priced at checkout. Request a quote with the part numbers and your city, and we will confirm the landed cost and delivery time before you pay anything.
Delays
Courier and customs timings are estimates given in good faith. Weather, flight capacity and clearance checks can add a day or two we cannot control. If your order is time-critical, tell us before you pay and we will confirm what is realistic.
Bulk and project shipments
For large orders we arrange consolidated freight rather than parcel courier, and can stage deliveries across a rollout. Request a quote with your bill of materials and we will price the shipping with it.
